General provisions

The site catcode.com.ua belongs to the CatCode web studio. By using the site and buying modules or ordering the studio’s services, you agree to the terms below.

Studio services

The studio provides web product development services under separate contracts. A brief submitted through the site is a request to talk, not an offer. The specific terms (scope, budget, deadline, warranties) are fixed in a development contract after a free estimate.

Buying modules

The modules in the catalogue are ready-made plugins and extensions for CMS platforms. Every module comes in three forms: Free (free forever), Pro 7-day trial (the full Pro feature set for 7 days, no payment), and Pro (for WooCommerce — a paid licence for the term you choose, from 1 to 5 years; for OpenCart — a one-off purchase with a perpetual licence). The details of the model are in the Refund Policy.

Once a Pro licence is paid for, you receive:

• A licence key — in the order confirmation email.
• The archive file (.zip) — a download button in your account and in the email.
• Updates and Pro features — for the whole paid term (1 to 5 years, chosen at purchase). When the term ends, the Pro features switch off and the free version of the module keeps working without limits. We send email reminders 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry.
• Support — questions about installation and basic configuration by email and Telegram during working hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–21:00 Kyiv time).

Licence

Buying a module gives you the right to use it on one production site for the paid licence term. Dev and staging copies are allowed. You can move the licence to another domain of yours yourself, from your account. Reselling it, passing it to third parties or bundling the module into another paid product is prohibited.

Refunds

The full refund policy is in the Refund Policy document. In short: there are no refunds after a Pro licence is purchased, because we give you a 7-day free trial with the full Pro feature set — you test the module before you pay.

The exceptions where a refund is possible (a critical bug left unfixed for 14 days after being reported, incompatibility with a platform version listed in the requirements, or a mismatch with the description on the sales page) are set out in the Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

The studio is not liable for:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or customisation of a module.
• Incompatibility with other plugins or with custom code on the buyer’s site.
• Data loss caused by the absence of backups on the buyer’s side.
