What we collect

When you leave a brief through the form on the site, we store your name, contact details (email or @telegram), your message, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. We need this to get back to you and to tell genuine enquiries apart from automated spam.

When you place an order for a module, we additionally store payment information (through the secure monobank gateway — we never see the card details ourselves) and the email address used to deliver the licence key and the file.

How we use it

• Replying to your brief and discussing the project.
• Delivering the module you bought and its licence key.
• Supporting customers — updates, fixes and compatibility questions.
• Internal analytics: to understand which topics bring the most enquiries and to improve the site.

Who we share it with

No third parties for marketing purposes. The technical providers that see part of the data are:

• monobank (UA) — processing payments for modules.
• Telegram Messenger LP — if you gave a @telegram contact, we reach you through Telegram.
• Our hosting provider — storage of the site database and files.

How to have your data deleted

Write to info@catcode.com.ua and we will delete all of your personal data within 5 working days. If there is an active order, we will first complete our contractual obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Ukrainian Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to obtain a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, have your data deleted, restrict processing and object to processing. Write to the email address above.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown on this page. If the changes are material, we will notify customers with active orders separately.
