AirBoom — a site and shop for a balloon decoration studio in Poland
A site and shop for a Polish balloon decoration studio: five design options, a custom WooCommerce theme, setup and delivery logic, Przelewy24 and BLIK payments and service pages for local search.
AirBoom (airboom.pl) is a balloon decoration studio in Bielsko-Biała, Poland: photo walls, garlands and arches for openings, corporate events and conferences, plus family celebrations and helium balloons delivered around the city. The owner wanted it obvious from the first seconds that the studio works with companies, and wanted ready-made decorations orderable and payable online. We made five design options for her, built the site, set up a WooCommerce shop with Przelewy24 and BLIK payments, and launched it all on her own hosting and domain.
Technology stack
WordPress + WooCommerce with a custom theme, no page builders and no ACF: every block is edited through our own fields engine, and shared blocks (steps, reviews, contacts, call to action) are edited once on the home page and switched on elsewhere with a toggle. Payments use our CatCode Przelewy24 & BLIK plugin, forms run on Contact Form 7, SEO on Yoast. The site is fully in Polish, including the cart, checkout and WooCommerce emails.

Design
We prepared five different home page options in Figma, from white with cobalt to a dark “gala” look. The client chose the coral option with a form on the first screen, because the menu and the offer are visible straight away, and asked us to tone down the bright background. We built the refined version in a soft peach to within ±2 px, and the background colour can now be changed in the admin.

Service pages for local search
Every line of work, from corporate events and openings to weddings and helium balloons, has its own page with a first screen, what the service includes, a gallery, FAQ and a form. Each one targets a “Bielsko-Biała” search: its own titles and descriptions, LocalBusiness and FAQPage markup, a sitemap, Google Search Console and an llms.txt file for AI search.

The shop
We filled the catalogue with the photo walls the client sent, with photos, prices and descriptions, sorted them into categories from her lists and added a helium balloon section. Decorations that include setup have a “Bielsko-Biała / outside Bielsko-Biała” choice on the product page: inside the city the item goes into the cart, outside it a “Ask about travel cost” form opens instead. The client sets up new categories and their order in the shop menu herself.

Cart and payment
Checkout is styled to match the site: contacts, delivery within Bielsko-Biała or pickup, date and time, and a receipt or invoice choice with NIP fields for companies. Card, BLIK and bank transfer payments go through our Przelewy24 plugin; we connected it to the client’s live account and confirmed that orders reach the payment page. We also rewrote the shop terms to meet Przelewy24’s requirements.

Custom decoration requests
For one-off orders there is a “Poproś o wycenę” form: service, event type and date, venue, contacts and an example photo. Requests go to the client’s email, and she quotes the price herself.

Launch and handover
We built the site on our staging server and then moved it to the client’s hosting and domain. Site emails go out through a mailbox on the domain with SPF and DKIM set up, and customer replies land in her inbox. Finally we wrote her a screenshot guide to changing products, prices, photos and texts.
The mobile version
Most customers arrive from Instagram and Facebook on their phones, so the mobile version opens with the quick request form: event type, date and a single button.
Summary
We delivered five design options and refined the chosen one, the front end, a custom WordPress theme, a shop with setup and delivery logic, Przelewy24 and BLIK payments, service pages for local search, request forms, the move to the client’s hosting, domain email and a guide.
