A shipping method is missing from the cart: what to check

All shipping modules

• The module is installed in Extensions → Extensions → Shipping and its status is saved as Enabled.
• After installing, the modules show a button that finishes the setup. It creates tables and events; without it the cart block does not appear.

Nova Poshta Premium

• Press the button that finishes the installation, paste the API key, check the connection, choose the sender city and branch, save.
• The block is added through a footer event, without changing the theme. For a non-standard checkout, send us the checkout address and the module version.

ROZETKA Delivery

• The cart does not need a token: the city and pick-up point list works without it. The token is only needed to create waybills.
• Press Install in the module settings, choose the sender city and pick-up point, save.

Ukrposhta International

• The group appears only for countries outside Ukraine.
• Without Ukrposhta keys, including the eCom Bearer for the cart rate, there are no options.
• Ukrposhta calculates in hryvnia: the shop needs the UAH currency, at least with a rate.
• The USA is priced only with a 10-digit customs code on the products.
• The reason for a specific country is in the cc_upintl.log log.
