Ukrposhta International: the phone is required in OpenCart 4
OpenCart 4 does not ask for a phone at checkout by default.
Ukrposhta does not accept an international shipment without a phone, and OpenCart 4 does not ask for one by default. Open Store settings → Options, show the phone at checkout and make it required.
