Full module description

Trendyol Connector for OpenCart connects your OpenCart 3.x or 4.x shop with Trendyol, Turkey’s largest marketplace. You sell both in your own shop and on Trendyol — the module keeps the Trendyol price and stock in line with OpenCart, including variants from product options, and with Pro it brings Trendyol orders into your shop and sends package statuses back to Trendyol. Everything goes through the official Trendyol Marketplace API, with no scraping and no manual exports. Running WooCommerce? See Trendyol Connector for WooCommerce.

What you need. A Trendyol seller account and API keys from the seller panel (Hesap Bilgilerim → Entegrasyon Bilgileri). Honestly about testing: Trendyol offers no public sandbox — the test environment opens only for a seller after the IP is whitelisted through Trendyol support. The module is built on the official developers.trendyol.com documentation and tested end to end on a simulation of that API (linking products and options, prices and stock with batch results, a storefront purchase, orders through the webhook and polling, cancellations, statuses, invoices, labels, publishing, Buybox, uninstalling) on OpenCart 4.1.0.3, 4.0.2.3 and 3.0.5.0. It has not yet run on a live seller account — try it on yours in the 7-day Pro trial. The log shows every Trendyol request and response, and if Trendyol answers differently from the documentation, we fix it promptly.

What the shop gets

  • Eight tabs in one module: Connection, Products, Prices & stock, Orders, Publishing, Buybox, Licence, Log.
  • Connection in three fields: Seller ID, API Key and API Secret from the seller panel, live or test environment. The User-Agent header “<Seller ID> – SelfIntegration” that Trendyol requires is set by the module. The keys are stored encrypted (AES-256 with HMAC) and never shown again.
  • “Check the connection” tells you straight away whether Trendyol lets you in, and shows an error together with Trendyol’s own text.
  • Import and linking: the module reads every approved product of your Trendyol store and links it to OpenCart products by barcode (a product field of your choice), stock code or option value barcode. Products not found go into a separate report.
  • Variants from options: a size or colour set up as a product option becomes a separate Trendyol variant — with its own barcode on the product’s Trendyol tab, the option value’s stock and the product price ± the option price.
  • Sync: a storefront purchase or a product edit in the admin queues the product, and the cron sends new prices and stock every minute; once an hour, a full check. Only changed data is sent; Trendyol forbids repeating the same request for 15 minutes, and the module follows that rule itself.
  • Result for every barcode: Trendyol processes updates as a batch; the module reads the answer and shows a Trendyol rejection right on the product.
  • Price rules: prices with or without KDV (KDV by tax class or from the product: 0, 1, 10, 20%), the shop currency’s exchange rate to TRY, markup % and a fixed add-on, rounding to ,90 or a whole lira, a special price as the sale price with the regular one crossed out. Stock reserve for your own shop and a quantity for products without stock tracking.
  • The “Products on Trendyol” table in the settings: barcode, what was sent, the status on Trendyol, plus the bulk actions “sell everything that has a barcode” and “stop selling (stock 0)”.

Pro: orders, invoices, labels, publishing

  • Trendyol orders in OpenCart — within seconds through a webhook the module registers at Trendyol with one button and a secret key, while a check every 5 minutes picks up anything missed. One Trendyol package — one OpenCart order.
  • Order fields: zone — the buyer’s province (not the country’s first zone), city — the district, mahalle — the second address line; corporate data (VKN, tax office), KDV per line, “Total” equal to the package amount, shipping and payment method “Trendyol”. A product with a variant gets an order option, and the OpenCart core reduces the stock of exactly that option value.
  • No duplicates: a repeated webhook does not create a second order — a lock and a unique package number in the database.
  • Statuses from Trendyol: a cancelled, unsupplied or split package cancels the order and restores the stock; “Shipped”, “Delivered”, “Returned” set the statuses you chose in the settings.
  • Status back to Trendyol: “Picking” and “Invoiced” with the invoice number — automatically by order status or with buttons in the Trendyol panel.
  • Cancellation — with a warning: a cancellation in OpenCart goes to Trendyol as “tedarik edememe” with a reason 500–506, and that lowers the store’s rating on Trendyol. The module warns about it in the settings, with a red line in the order panel and in the core history form — before the cancelled status is added, it asks for confirmation.
  • Invoice: an e-Arşiv or e-Fatura link with number and date goes to Trendyol with a button; the number is checked against Trendyol’s format.
  • Label: the Trendyol common label in ZPL for TEX and Aras shipments paid by Trendyol, and an A6 slip with a CODE128 barcode of the tracking number for any carrier.
  • Product publishing: the Trendyol category tree, a map of shop categories, category attributes — automatically by name, from a product option (with your own value translation, e.g. Small → S) or a fixed value, the brand from Trendyol’s list, variants of one listing, desi from dimensions, shipping and return addresses from the seller panel.
  • Buybox monitor: every 6 hours your place and the Buybox price, an e-mail when you lose first place.

The module interface is in English and Turkish: with a Turkish admin language, the tabs, the order panel and the warnings look like this.

How it works — step by step

  1. Connect. Extensions → Modules → Trendyol Connector → Connection: Seller ID, API Key, API Secret, “Check the connection”.
  2. Price rules. Prices & stock tab: prices with or without KDV, exchange rate, markup, rounding, reserve.
  3. Link. Products tab: the import from Trendyol links products and option values by barcode; products not found are listed in the report. A barcode can also be entered on the product’s Trendyol tab.
  4. Sync. From then on, every purchase and every product change goes to Trendyol by itself; “Send queue” sends the queue right away.
  5. Orders (Pro). Orders tab: register the webhook with one button, statuses for every package state, sending cancellations.
  6. Publishing (Pro). Publishing tab: download the Trendyol categories, map categories and attributes — and publish new products.

Under the hood

  • No core edits: OpenCart events and its own cc_tyconnect_* tables; the shared library is the same for OpenCart 3 and 4.
  • Current Trendyol methods: approved products v2 with nextPageToken, the package stream and /v2/orders, which Trendyol makes mandatory from 15.10.2026, createProducts v2.
  • Trendyol limits: up to 500 barcodes per request, changed data only, retry after 429 with a pause without losing the queue.
  • The webhook is protected with a key (x-api-key); a foreign request gets 401. If Trendyol switches the webhook off after a series of failed deliveries, the check every 5 minutes keeps picking up orders.
  • Pro gate without a “brick”: when the trial ends, only the Pro features stop; the sync keeps working.
  • Updates without losses: OpenCart updates a module by uninstalling it, so the tables with links and settings stay by default. The “Remove all module data” option on the Log tab removes everything on uninstall — tables, settings, events, cron and log; OpenCart orders stay.

How to install

  1. Extensions → Installer: upload cc_tyconnect.ocmod.zip (OpenCart 4) or cc_tyconnect-oc3.ocmod.zip (OpenCart 3). Do not rename the archive — OpenCart 4 takes the extension code from the file name. In OpenCart 4 click “Install” next to the extension in the list; in OpenCart 3 refresh the modifications.
  2. Extensions → Modules → Trendyol Connector: install and open it.
  3. Connection: Seller ID, API Key and API Secret, “Module on”, save and click “Check the connection”.
  4. Prices & stock → Products: price rules and the product import from Trendyol.
  5. For Pro: paste the licence key from the e-mail after payment or start the 7-day trial on the “Licence” tab, then the Orders and Publishing tabs.

What do I need?

A Trendyol seller account (Trendyol Marketplace, Turkey) and API keys from the seller panel: store name → Hesap Bilgilerim → Entegrasyon Bilgileri — that is where the Seller ID, API Key and API Secret are. Only the main user of the store sees them.

Which Trendyol account was the module tested with?

Trendyol offers no public sandbox: the test environment opens only for a seller after the IP is whitelisted through Trendyol support. The module is built on the official developers.trendyol.com documentation and tested end to end on a simulation of that API on OpenCart 4.1.0.3, 4.0.2.3 and 3.0.5.0; it has not yet run on a live seller account. Try it on your own shop in the 7-day Pro trial — the log shows every Trendyol request and response, and if Trendyol answers differently from the documentation, we fix it promptly.

What happens if I cancel an order in OpenCart?

With Pro, the "Canceled" status on a Trendyol order goes to Trendyol as "tedarik edememe" (could not supply), and that lowers the store's rating on Trendyol. So the module warns about it in the settings, in the order panel and in the order history form — and asks for confirmation before the cancelled status is added. Sending cancellations can be switched off.

Why is the extension code cc_tyconnect and not cc_trendyol?

Trendyol does not accept a webhook address containing the word "trendyol", and in OpenCart 4 the extension code is part of the address. That is why the archive is called cc_tyconnect.ocmod.zip — do not rename it before installing: OpenCart 4 takes the extension code from the file name. If the shop's own domain contains "trendyol", orders arrive through the check every 5 minutes.

Is there a build for OpenCart 2.3?

No, the module works on OpenCart 3.x and 4.x.

What if I don't want to pay for Pro?

Product linking, price and stock sync, price rules and the log stay free with no time limit.
