MelaProperty — property management for Malta and Gozo
Multi-page WordPress портал для короткостроковій оренди на Мальті та Гозо — multi-step lead funnel, 11 послуг, 6 тарифних планів, порівняльна таблиця 45+ функцій.
MelaProperty is a full-cycle short-term rental management company in Malta and Gozo. An owner hands over an apartment, villa or an entire block — and receives a monthly income without the logistics, the 3am guest calls, or changing bed linen. The site is a multi-page marketing portal with lead generation, a transparent pricing grid, and scenarios for three owner segments: the newcomer, the active host, and the portfolio investor.
Project overview
The site is built on WordPress and consists of seven independent sections: Home, Services, About us, Management, Our Pricing, Investment, Contact. Each is a standalone landing page with its own hero, sections and CTA. The interface is in English, ready for additional language versions to be added. The style is a light theme with a yellow accent, a black typographic hero, and card grids.

Lead generation — a multi-step form with property type
The central conversion tool on the homepage is a multi-step income-estimate calculator. The first step is choosing the property type (Apartment / House or Villa / Entire Block) via image tiles. The second is details (number of bedrooms, location). The third is contact details. A similar form is repeated in the footer of every page, plus a separate “Bespoke Solution” form on /our-services/. The site has 3 different forms in total, all tied to a single shared backend handler.

Social proof and numbers
The “Our Track Record” block loads right after the hero: 8+ years of experience, 13% average annual return, 47 properties under management. The numbers are mixed with photos of the team at work — so the visitor doesn’t read them as “marketing claims” but connects them to real faces.

Service architecture
Services are presented in two different formats for different reading contexts. On the homepage — a short list of 5 numbered cards with descriptions. On the separate /our-services/ page — a full catalogue of 11 services (Listing Management, Guest Communication, Professional Cleaning, Proactive Maintenance, Seamless Check-ins, Interior Design & Styling, Professional Photography, Hotel-Quality Laundry, Essentials Restocking, 24/7 Guest Support, Investment Consultancy) as an accordion with photo illustrations.

/our-services/ page — a full accordion of 11 services, each item with a cover photo and numbering 01–11.Onboarding flow
A separate “How We Work” section — a horizontal carousel of 8 steps from “Get in Touch” to “Sit Back & Earn”, scrolled manually. Steps: 01 Get in Touch → 02 Sign the Contract → 03 Property Inspection → 04 Interior Design & Styling → 05 Repairs & Maintenance → 06 Photography & Listing → 07 Guest Management → 08 Sit Back & Earn.

Two parallel pricing models
An approach unique for the category — the company offers two parallel models for different segments, each running on its own page:
- /management/ — Full Management (10% of revenue) for those who want to hand the property over entirely. Three plans: Launch Package (free), Full Management (from 10% revenue), Bespoke Services (custom quote).
- /our-pricing/ — Digital Management for those who want to keep some operations in-house. Three plans: Starter €39, Advanced €119, Premium €319 per unit per month.

/management/ page — three full-management pricing plans. The central “Full Management” card is highlighted in colour.
/our-pricing/ page — three digital-management tier plans with a Monthly/Yearly toggle (-20%) and a highlighted “Most Popular” tier.A comparison table of 45+ features
For transparency — a full comparison table of all 45+ features across the three plans, grouped logically: Pricing & Revenue, Booking Management, Guest Communication, Property Operations, Setup. At the top, a sticky header with the price and a “Get Started” CTA. At the bottom, a summary row with the one-time setup fee.

Case studies and social proof
The “Proven Returns” section shows three real properties with actual monthly revenue: Bormio Apartment (Buġibba, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 — €2,500/month), Diego Court (St. Paul’s Bay, 2 units, 6 bedrooms, sleeps 12 — €6,500/month), Villa Mystic Flowers (L-Għarb, Gozo, 8 bedrooms, sleeps 16 — €8,500/month). Each card is a large interior photo + metadata with icons + the revenue figure at the bottom.

Owner testimonials
The “Don’t just take our word for it” section — a carousel of 8 owner testimonials from different countries (Claire, Luke, Daniel, Yuriy from Poland, Emma, Alina, Louis from France, Lorenzo). Each card shows the property type (Apartment / Block / Villa), a 5-star rating, a quote, an avatar and a name. A stress test for a multi-country client base — it underlines the fact that “owners from different countries trust us”.

Technical stack and integrations
Stack: WordPress, custom templates, jQuery for the sliders (“How We Work”, testimonials, the Services catalogue). The site runs a Meta Pixel (tag 1512589483174246) for ad campaigns, a custom WhatsApp input with a country code selector, and a chat widget in the bottom-right corner. The multi-step form has client-side validation and submits via AJAX. SEO metadata is set at the template level — every page has a unique title and description.
Separately, the lead forms carry a honeypot field (“Please leave this field empty”) that filters out basic bots without needing reCAPTCHA.
